Wonder Walls

I realize that taking pictures OF pictures is probably something I would only do if I had a blog. And, well since I do...I thought I would share the pictures we ordered from our photographer, but show them hung up. I was afraid we went overboard, but our designer friend said "it's your kid...you should have lots of pictures of him up."

Above his toy chest:

In our living room:

Going up the stairs:

We also hung in his closet a very cute baseball bat coat hook:

But here is my favorite recent wall hanging. If you remember, my friend Sue's adorable son chose my name in her Hanbok holder give away.

I'm so thrilled that Gabe's beautiful, special Hanbok is finally on display in his room. Every time I look at it, I just smile.

Your friend is right indeed...you can hang up as many pictures of your kid as you want too! Plus, they are fantastic!

ohhhh! i love all the pictures! and the hanbok and holder! it looks like the fit was a little tight :(. maybe you can touch up the scratches? ours is a little tight too, but i don't think the scratches show up as much because it is black.

and nice storage containers by the way!

Nonsense - you can't have too many photos of Gabe on the wall. No way! Loving it all. I'm seriously envious of that hanbok holder. Gabe's hanbok looks awesome hanging there!

Love all your new art work. The photos looks wonderful. I say the more photos the better. We have several frames waiting for us to fill with more pictures and hang. We've done some...but it is time for more.

OK...that's it...I'm going to figure out how to make something like that Hanbok hanger. These hanboks are FAR too beautiful to be hanging in a closet. Wall: get ready!

Umm, suddenly feeling guilty that we don't ahve a single picture of our boy around the house (except our fridge). How did that happen?

Your place and the pictures look great! I like how they are a sweet little theme throughout your house. Your house looks lovely too.

The pictures look great! Your house is beautiful and the pictures make it even cozier. Beautiful hanbok - they are truly pieces of art in themselves. I'm completely inspired! (and I love a post title with a good Oasis reference - at least that is what it was in my head *shrug*)

Gabe is getting so big. I love the toy storage and hanbok holder. So neat.

OK...I just had another look (BTW...love your house: CUTE!)...and have to ask: Does Gabe actually leave that plant alone and also all those little candle holders on the shelves in your living room? If so...I'm impressed! All decorations had to be completely stripped from the rooms D has access to...either that or blocked off by a gate/pen thing. Wow!

The photos look great - and I really need to do something with Alex's hanbok - perhaps I will try something what you did for Gabe in the new house.
