Sweet Gabe

Gotta start with the pics, since that's what you came for. Things are going progressively better each day with Gabe. The first few days were pretty rough, but today got much better. We got a much calmer boy, some glorious smiles and a few giggles. It's just great to see his personality come out a bit more each day.
The jet-lag on all 3 of us has been bru-tal. I know how lousy I was feeling and I'm back in my home that I'm comfortable in, I can only imagine how much Gabe is struggling. We see the pediatrician on Monday and I'm anxious to ask her a few questions.
Thanks for all the emails, calls, text messages, gifts, blog comments, etc. I'm trying to catch up, but please know that we appreciate all the support and well wishes.

Pictures...yes!...pictures!
He is SOOOO cute.
I'm glad to hear things start getting better (jetlag wise, etc...) after a few days. The trip home is the scariest part for us right now. But...you all have made it, so that helps.
Joanna, it has been so fun following your journey. Looking forward to continuing now that you are all home together.
Such a beautiful family!

What a cutie!! Glad to hear that things are continually improving... I don't even really remember our first three days home. And considering how rough they were, that might be for the best! Anyway... hang in there, the best is yet to come!

I'm having major issues with getting on blogs, but FINALLY it let me through and what a great sight! BEAUTIFUL baby boy you have there! Praying for the jet lag to ease and the transition to smooth out!

He's so cute! Thank you for taking the time to post about your transition.

I've never seen a kiddo his age with that much hair! He looks like he's already had at least one haircut.

Gabe is sooo cute! Congrats!

We are hoping to get our travel call soon. Can you tell me where/how to find the schedule of baseball games, and how you got tickets? That would be so much fun.
